My name is Cass. I’m still trying to figure out who I am at the ripe young age of 18, so I don’t have oodles to say about myself. I’m a lover of words. I’m a doodler and a photographer and a watcher of people. I’m a feminist. I believe in equal rights for people, and I'm working on mastering the fine art of balance. I love music, art, and ethnic jewelry, have given up on heat styling my hair and decided I can live with my scars. That’s me. That’s ok.
This year is the year of The Change. I'm migrating to the city with hoards of other hope-filled youth to study English, Psychology and Law in the hopes of demystifying a little of the human race in all its complex beauty. I'm learning to survive off of notoriously unappealing cafeteria food (yes, I am a food snob) and to live on whatever cash I can squirrel away. This blog is a creative outlet for all my cheap finds, op shopping, DIY, photography and random ramblings as I learn to survive as a (sort of) adult in this big and mystical universe!
